Bamboo by ESC Laboratoire are monocotyledonous plants, of the Bambusoideae subfamily. They are distinguished from other grasses by their arborescent habit and their often very long woody stems. The bambusa reaches around 8 m in height. The parts used are the stem as well as the bamboo sugar (tabaschir is a siliceous concretion which forms in the cavity of the bamboo stems, at the nodes). Main components of the plant: silica, calcium, iron, phosphorus, thiamine, riboflavin, etc. Silica content > 55%. The source of silicon represented by Bamboo plays a primordial role in the horse's body, an important element for optimal functioning of the body in terms of bones and tendons. This compound is one of the most important connective tissues. Bones, cartilage and tendons are made up of silicon, a trace element involved in the fixation of calcium and the synthesis of collagen essential for the proper functioning of joints. Bamboo is useful in cases of intensive training, bone fragility or joint stiffness. What to combine the Bambou care product with? Before an effort you can apply the Chili warm heating gel to prepare the musculoskeletal system. After exercise you can use the ready-to-use Marine Earth clay. In case of locomotor discomfort, Bamboo can be combined with White Willow which is a source of salicylate derivatives with soothing properties.
