Endowed with circulatory and draining properties, it reinforces the synergy for an even more effective action thanks to the complementarity of its active molecules.



HE Rosemary with Camphor: Muscle relaxant, Rosemary essential oil has an excellent neuromuscular action to fight against painful muscle contractures. This property comes from its high camphor percentage of nearly 25%. Its heating action associated with its analgesic power, by dilation of the small blood vessels, causes a feeling of heat and local anesthesia. This heats up and relaxes the muscles, tendons or joints in order to prepare them for an exercise session and thus prevent the risk of aches or tendon or joint sensitivity.

HE Turpentine: Anti-rheumatic and stimulating, the monoterpenes of this essential oil have a cortisone-like action. That is to say, they activate the adrenal glands, which will produce cortisol with anti-inflammatory and general tonic properties. It reduces muscle, tendon or joint inflammation and improves energy metabolism. Oxygenating, the essential oil of Turpentine offers better oxygenation to the respiratory and musculoskeletal systems. It thus allows a better comfort during the effort.

The molecules of this essential oil help reduce pain by inhibiting the secretion of molecules responsible for its transmission. It limits inflammation due to effort and reduces muscle, tendon and joint pain that can result.

HE True Lavender: Renowned for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant properties, it fights muscle cramps by calming involuntary muscle contractions. It prepares muscle, tendon and joint tissues before training and relaxes them after exercise.

To be used maximum 5 days per week.
To be used for a maximum of 3 weeks before observing a one-week break. If necessary, renew.

Possibility of combining the treatment with the Post effort lotion and the Post effort poultice.
