Vegetable charcoal by ESC Laboratoire is a powerful natural supplement in cases of intestinal and digestive disorders. Vegetable charcoal has been known and used since Antiquity. It is obtained by carbonization of beech or poplar wood (for the main varieties). The process of transforming calcined wood causes the vegetable charcoal to be composed of carbon in its pure state. Its structure gives it powerful absorption properties. Indeed, its porosity allows it to fix undesirable elements and promote them during the digestion process. Consequently, vegetable charcoal is recommended for horses with digestion problems, including gas and bloating or softening of droppings. Please note, vegetable charcoal, because of its absorbent properties, must be distributed away from medications or other supplements. Vegetable charcoal has been the subject of numerous studies which have demonstrated its effectiveness and of several academic publications.

What should you combine the charcoal care product with?

In the event of very significant softening of the droppings, it is possible to combine the vegetable charcoal with edible clay. To allow the horse to regain good transit, it is possible to combine chicory with prebiotic properties with active yeast which is a probiotic.

Je recommande vivement le charbon végétale pour les problèmes de crottins un peu liquides ou diarrhée. A bien fonctionné pour mes juments.
