Chamomile Matricaria by ESC Laboratoire is an annual plant approximately 50cm high. Flowering from May to October. Very fragrant white and yellow flowers. It is very abundant throughout Europe but also grows in North America, Australia, Argentina and Egypt. Components: essential oil, sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids, coumarins, mucilages, inulin. Matricaria chamomile, the ideal plant to soothe stressed horses. The interest of Chamomile lies in its dual function: stress and digestive discomfort. It is therefore particularly suitable for horses with digestive disorders linked to stress. Used preventively, matricaria chamomile will help facilitate digestion. When used externally, chamomile has a soothing and purifying action. It is therefore ideal for reducing itching and irritation of the skin. In this case, it must be applied using a cotton pad soaked in cooled chamomile infusion. What to combine the Chamomile care product with? In the event of disruption of the digestive system, Camomile Chamomile can be combined with a supplement with digestive properties such as Equidigest Flore. This complementary food rich in yeast helps to strengthen digestive balance and promote the protection of flora in the event of acid attacks. It is possible to combine it with Aloe vera Juice in case of a sensitive stomach. In case of significant stress linked to transport for example, you can replace Chamomile with Equistress flash.

  • Directions for use: dose to add to the basic ration of an adult horse (550kg): 20 g per day for 2 to 3 weeks. If possible, distribute in 2 daily doses. To be renewed if necessary. Do not hesitate to seek the advice of your veterinarian before use or extension. Usage precautions: pregnant or lactating mares: on veterinary advice only. Formulated for equines.
