Tips for choosing a helmet:
- The first thing to do is to wear the helmet for a few minutes, to see if it is well adjusted or ifit hurts in some places
- Once in place, simulate head movements to test its comfort
- The helmet, once attached, should be comfortable, but should not move
- Once attached, the chinstrap and buckle must allow free movement of the neck
- Always check comfort and safety and choose the model that best suits you
The size of KASK helmets corresponds to your head circumference.
