Half pads

The half pad is strategically placed between the saddle pad and the horse's saddle. Its role is to absorb and distribute the shocks caused by the weight of the rider. The shock absorber is available in several thicknesses, depending on the desired proximity to the frame. Regarding the material, it can be made of memory foam or gel. Some half pads have removable wedges to correct the position of the saddle, for example. It is possible to choose a half pad with sheepskin for even more comfort. Several colors exist to match the half pad with the saddle pad. For example, the sheepskin can be beige, black or brown.
